What did he do? What was his crimes? KUNTAR WAS THE MAIN REASON HEZBOLLAH KIDANPPED THE TWO ISRAELI SOLDIERS IN JULY 12, 2006 which led to the sequence of events which resulted in the Israel Lebanon War.
